Joseph Green Classics 
Joseph Green Over sixty years ago, Joseph Green (1900-1996) began making Yiddish movies in Poland, collaborating with many of the outstanding artists of the Yiddish world, both here and there. The outbreak of war brought an end to that era. These four films are a precious legacy.

(Yidl with a Fiddle) 
 
Molly Picon plays a young woman who poses as a man in order to join a band of musicians travelling the Polish countryside.  She falls in love with one of her colleagues with delightfully humorous results.  Filled with music and charm, Molly, in her greatest role, amuses and entertains.  Also with Simche Fostel, Max Bozyk and Leon Liebgold.
